Machine for furling of metal bushes into a metal pipe

Furling is handled by a servo tool which also has a vertical movement(handled by a pneumatic cylinder). The bushes directing is made in a vibratory bowl and they are transported to the furling position via a pneumatic tube.

Construction:

• Furling too - servo motor-actuated
• Vertical movement - by a pneumatic cylinder.
• Vibratory bowl - directs the bushes to the position.
• Pneumatic transport - the bushes are transported to the furling position.

Furling is handled up to a preset threshold value of the torque. In other words, there is torque feedback from the servo drive. For additional security, there is a magnetic sensor which tracks the vertical level which is an alternative factor for the furling to complete.
