2-band grinding machine for metal parts

The grinding machine features a 2-band construction and is used for metal parts. The bands are rotated by a three-phase asynchronous motor, controlled by a variable frequency drive to control band speed. The entire work table can move vertically which makes the handling of bigger parts possible.

Construction:

• Work table - the metal part is fixed on it.
• Griding bands.
• Vertical table movement - there is no mechanical link between the left and the right side. The syncronisation is made electronically. The two sides are actuated by separate servo motors.
• Operator's display - allow modification of band speed, vertical table speed, vertical table position and so on.
