Machine for sticking of balance weights onto a self-adhesive tape

The machine arranges balance weights onto a self-adhesive tape. The weights are used in automative industry for balance of car wheels. They are to be feeded with the text stamp upwards. The feeding is handled by a vibratory bowl and a machine vision camera ensures if they are orientated the correct way or not(upside down).

Basic construction:

• Vibratory bowl - directs the balance weights.
• Technical camera - machine vision, throws the improperly orientated(the text stamp downwards) balance weights back into the vibratory bowl.
• Linear vibratory device - ensure enough balance weights for the machine to work automatically.
• Manipulator - transfers the balance weights from the linear vibratory device and arrange them onto the self-adhesive tape.
• Compensator device - ensures there are no wrinkles and the tape is pulled strongly.
